Only 14% of the world's plastic is recycled, while 72% is either landfilled or left uncollected, causing environmental pollution. In the United States, the largest producer of plastic waste, over 60% ends up in landfills.
Biodegradable fabrics are pivotal for waste management, nutrient recycling, and environmental sustainability by decomposing organic matter, maintaining ecological balance, and enhancing soil fertility. Biodegradable yarn is an option other than regenerative yarn when environmental issues are emerging.
When it is landfilled after use as a frozen biodegradable polyester yarn from starch, an eco-friendly material such as sugarcane and corn, it is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide.
Within 180 days of decomposition, 90% of the material returns to nature. Microplastics and bisphenols do not occur and are 99.9% anti-bacterial.
Both mesh and air mesh can be developed in the pattern desired by buyers because they are a type of yarn, and they have good results in basic tests.
